The ties between Saddam and AQ/Islamoterror are many, sound and various. It is quite mysterious why the WH has not been on that facet but, hey, they have strategery in mind, I hope. A push-back on that idiotic Commish is absolutely necessary though. The Gorelick conflict is the most glaring problem even before Able Danger and must be addressed. Maybe they thought they could just ride it out. If they are truly engaging the image war on the homefront all I can say is, it's about damn time. Well, we shall see.
