I know it’s keeping you up nights – what’s become of Janeane Garofalo, you ask as you toss and turn mercilessly? Oh, sure, we all know she’s engaged in some sort of career-ending gig at Air America, but what else? Well, wonder no more; she’s about to appear on the oh-so-liberal-in-such-a-pleasant-way West Wing for a few episodes. The big question: will she bring her customary charm and intellectual prowess to her new gig, as well? Time will tell…
In other celebrity-related news that’s sure to shock you, it appears Courtney Love has (gasp!) been ordered back to rehab. It appears the young lady has been doing drugs. Who would’ve guessed it? I mean, she seems so together…
Mark: How about my senior senator Arlen Specter and his communist-dictator-tour of Latin America this week? He’s not a Garofalo or a Love, but if meeting with Chavez and Castro isn’t the act of a jackass, I don’t know what is.
