As I read it, I was first "hearing" it as if spoken in the rather matter-of-fact tone of Dick Cheney. I had to go back and read it again, trying the second time to imagine the voice of the bearded madman from Tennessee, pounding the podium as he bellowed those words. Ha! That was great!
