Seems like a perfect case for Blogger journalism — there’s a simple factual dispute that’s not big enough for any big-league journalist to follow up on: Did MoveOn.org (or one of its subsidiaries) in fact sell t-shirts with DeLay’s “mug shot” on them?
DeLay’s lawyer says yes. MoveOn issued a statement calling him a liar.
Enquiring minds (as opposed to inquiring minds, which have more substantive things to think about) want to know: who’s right?
