		<description>Seems like a perfect case for Blogger journalism -- there&#039;s a simple factual dispute that&#039;s not big enough for any big-league journalist to follow up on: Did MoveOn.org (or one of its subsidiaries) in fact sell t-shirts with DeLay&#039;s &quot;mug shot&quot; on them?

DeLay&#039;s lawyer says yes.  MoveOn issued a statement calling him a liar.

Enquiring minds (as opposed to inquiring minds, which have more substantive things to think about) want to know: who&#039;s right?</description>
