Always good to get a heads up to the way your judge is thinking…
even if he did get an indictment, the defense could move for a dismissal, and there is the chance it will be granted. Rather know it now, than to bring a way-out indictment, only to get laughed out of court.

Hogan is a Reagan appointee, from 82. He may have some advice/admonishments for Fitzgerald if he is too far off the law. I think, that he would be the judge at trial, but can’t say for sure…

mtl, maybe so, maybe so…the judge thing is an interesting wrinkle…hard to call it at this point, there are so many rumors out there that even a political gossip like me is getting a little bleary…
