Always good to get a heads up to the way your judge is thinking...

even if he did get an indictment, the defense could move for a dismissal, and there is the chance it will be granted.  Rather know it now, than to bring a way-out indictment, only to get laughed out of court.

Hogan is a Reagan appointee, from 82.  He may have some advice/admonishments for Fitzgerald if he is too far off the law.  I think, that he would be the judge at trial, but can&#039;t say for sure...
