off color????????
i read alito’s opinion posted on HH site, regarding “aclu v schlunder”.
while not being an attorney, i don’t see how HH states that alito upholds a municipality to erect a “religious” seasonal display.
after considerable pounding of the head to get through the opinion, it sounds to me, in the conclusion para., at least, that he sides with the previous courts opinion.
it must be my lack of legalese.
