I no longer read newspapers for any world and national news. The Internet is full of different opinions and articles that would never have been printed by the main media outlets. Many of them are well written with interesting perspectives on today's events. You sure don't need a degree in journalism or similar to make it as a writer in the blogsphere.

In my opinion, your site is a middle of the road Republican opinion. You lean right which I expect but are not afraid to highlight negative stories when warranted. You also have very little name-calling and vulgarity, which is a plus. Dissenting opinions are welcome and argument back and forth in a respectful manner is refreshing.

Of course, what does Muffin know? She is just a 19 year old kitty that sleeps 20 hours a day and wanders around the house lost. Occasionally she sits in a corner and meows at it.

Keep up the excellent writing.

What, no crossword puzzle? I guess I'll have to renew my subscription to the New York Times...

Thanks for all of the time and effort you put into this site, Mark, I truly enjoy it. Best wishes for a great 2006!
