Sharon: Some Good News At Last

The last two days have been better ones for Ariel Sharon, and he is scheduled to, hopefully, be allowed to wake from his induced coma tomorrow. Although one doctor said he would be too brain-damaged to resume his duties yesterday, another said there is still hope, and an assessment will be made when he wakes.

I think it’s pretty obvious that his days as Prime Minister are over; even if he is still in control of his faculties, he’s far too ill to stay in power. My hope is simply that he survives in a non-vegetative state…
