May we guess exactly what type of deal will emerge when Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Egypt and the UN split their differences over the proper type of government for Iraq? 

Let’s see, I’d say a very large bureaucracy composed of thugs, thieves and the insane plus all of their out-of-work relatives. And, in order to satisfy everyone concerns, each faction can have their very own secret police force. It’s simply the standard model for the area, so why would it be any different than what those countries already have for themselves?</description>
