Actually, a nice, double-cheese is something that’s hard to find these days. I do like your basic pepperoni as well, depends on the mood, i reckon.
Personally, a local place just up the street from me makes a white pizza that’s amazingly good. They brush the dough with a heavy coat of garlic butter, then pile on the cheese and some herbs, and bake it. Wicked good… not reccomended, though, if you have any romantic intents later on…..
