I think I am more shocked that the Message Messiah KOS has run through some many tortured, lame responses. These people have had since yesterday to respond to this and if the people-powered internet guru had any real true political acumen he would realize just a straight up denunciation of the possibility it was multiple DOS attacks just sucked period, no matter whose site. Talk about making matters worse. This really is a lab experiment for November. I am sure their are plenty of campaigns watching this and realizing they need to step away from "the blogs"

(II) My gut tells me Ned Lamont will still win this thing. Lieberman had too far to go, and waited too long to do it. But the win will be narrow, and he will file to run as an Independent. After that, my crystal ball gets a bit hazy…

OK, this is what I want, a Leiberman independent run, but I just can't shake the feeling Hamsher blew it. Not so much the image, she just pulled back the curtain for CT voters where Lamonts grass-roots energy was coming from. I keep saying this, but I don't think voters like the idea of out-of-state activist meddling in their state campaigns. They like that grass-roots fire to be homegrown and particularly with a Neophyte. Lamont's "I know nothing" was really "I want CT to no nothing about my involvement with the blogs"
