They are being given a choice of dealing with it now, or responding to it after a city is devastated. No one will do anything about it, until they have to- like having a family history where all your parents and grandparents died in their 40's of lung cancer and still continuing to smoke on you 40th birthday. you won't make it 10 years, but you still hope for 5 more. Like a cancer, terrorism is in stage three-trying to hit the blood stream and infect all the organs. A piece just got cut out of our 'lungs' in the UK, but we are on the verge of having it metastisize. I look foward to the time when the world is forced into action.
