		<description>Dmac, the Pipes article is interesting and makes some good points - but pull out of Baghdad completely? I&#039;m not sure...my fear is that the security situation there, already tenuous, would completely spin out of control...and it&#039;s hard to imagine the government not falling then...on the other hand, it might just hasten the inevitable...</description>
