Smells like the lost explosives story before 04... but in their nuance they failed to consider the ramifications of the report. They have just told the world that saddam was further along in developing a nuke, than Iran was, up til last month. The Iran that bush is be criticized for failing to prevent in developing their own nuke. I think I get it,
