Wisconsin Moves To Center Stage Tomorrow…
…and with McCain comfortably in front in the polling, most of the attention will be focused on the continuing drama of Obama vs. Clinton. Obama is up, but only by 4 or 5 points, and that makes this a dangerous race for him. Why?
Because he is expected to win, but as I’ve noted on many occasions Obama’s appeal to youth is a double-edged sword. Young people often don’t make it to the polls, while older people (who favor Hillary heavily) vote like clockwork. It’s still Obama’s to lose, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see Hillary pull this one out – and if she does, what fun it will be watching all the pundits who declared the race over backpedal.
And if Hillary loses? It will reinforce the perception that she has lost her edge, but it won’t have a devestating impact. Hillary’s strategy is clear: put up a good fight in Wisconsin, go all out in Texas and Ohio, add Pennsylvania, stir with a nice smattering of superdelegates, and hope that somehow a victory can be conjured up…

If Obama doesnt win the primary atleast one CNN news anchor will off themself in the bathroom. Thats about the only sure thing in this election.
I agree. This is why it seemed strange that Hillary left Wisconsin yesterday to go campaign in Texas. No idea what to make of that since she has so much to gain from every percentage point she can shave in Wisconsin.
