I'm a little appalled that Republicans can, with a straight face, belittle Obama's community organizing while simultaneously praising Cindy's dad's bravery and patriotism in making a fortune peddling booze - and then follow that up by pretending that Cindy and John are patriots for inheriting that fortune. It wasn’t great, but it certainly made clear that she’s a fundamentally decent person.
