I guess we'll get to see the quality and caliber of Cassell this year. He has been a backup since high school so there is so little to know and expect. That 51-yarder to Moss was a clutch throw. This season certainly will be interesting. For those of you that saw the hit: dirty play or just football? I doubt Pollard was trying to hurt Brady, but lunging at his planted leg with his shoulder strikes me as a careless and, yes, dirty play. Oh boy, this isn’t good. You could have heard a pin drop in Gillette yesterday when Brady went down. The worst part about being at the game was not knowing. The guy next to me finally called a friend at home to find out what the talking heads were saying. What a sad, sad day - I know a lot of people "hate" the Pats, but I think it is always terrible to see such a talented player miss the season due to injury.
